Flagstaff Vacation

We went to Flagstaff over the weekend with Granddad & Grandma Leonard and the Polischuks. We walked the NAU campus and all Kendra wanted to do was sleep because it was so nice and cool, but I woke her up for a couple of pictures.

The following are new experiences for Kendra that happened on the trip:
1) Hearing a train whistle
(you should have seen her eyes when she heard it, it made Lyndon and I laugh!)
2) Seeing the Forrest and the large pine trees
3) Seeing and hearing the ducks in the lake
4) Playing with the cousins
5) Being held by cousin Nina
6) Lyndon went swimming with Kendra
6) First trip!!!

We enjoyed visiting and the cousins enjoyed playing in the rain.
We had lots of fun as you can tell and we want to say thanks again to the cousins for getting Kendra a new swing.....Kendra's mom is more thankful!!!

Lyndon's 1st Father's Day

We went and got Lyndon his free latte at Dunkin Donuts after church. We then came home and opened gifts and had homemade pizza and chocolate pudding. Kendra and I made a plate for Lyndon as you can see from the pictures.

We all took naps and then headed to the mall to get cooled off. Lyndon then got his free waffle cone at TCBY. We love getting things for free...can't you tell! We hope that everyone else had a great Father's Day....next weekend Flagstaff!!! Yeah!! Vacation!!

Kendra's Turning 3 Months Old On Friday!!

I can't believe it has already been 3 months since God brought her into this world! It is really amazing to watch her grow and turn into her own little person. She is finally holding rattles...hasn't got the concept of shaking but loves to put them in her mouth. She really likes daddy reading to her at night before going to bed.

Great-Aunt Cher came to visit and celebrate Grandpa Leonard's birthday. We helped paint an accent wall in Grandpa & Grandma's kitchen. Ken really liked his presents especially his book "Walter the Farting Dog". :)

The next time I update I will have pictures from our trip to Flagstaff with the cousins and our trip to Sedona over the 4th of July. Lyndon and I will be celebrating our 5th Anniversary in Sedona! We hope that everyone is enjoying their summer!
